Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows stated that critical thinking is recognized as an essential skill for rational participation in a democratic society, and in the modern world today, talent is needed that is more understood as the ability of individuals to challenge their thinking, this ability necessitates that they should develop their criteria for analyzing and scrutinizing their thoughts and normally use those criteria and standards to improve the quality of their thoughts. Critical thinking is a skill that uses it to enhance social and personal life.
Critical thinking is the ability of a person to think independently and flexibly. Contrary to its name, this kind of thinking does not mean criticism or fault-finding. Those who cultivate critical thinking will become successful. A society that has these people will also achieve progress and development. Critical thinking includes skills and techniques that you can look at various issues with a critical thinking perspective if you are aware and nurtured.
Critical thinking is a purposeful and self-directed judgment that is achieved through interpretation, analysis, assessment, and inference. It is also considered a documentary, conceptual, methodological, logical, and rooted in thinking about what is to be judged. Critical thinking is one of the most critical educational principles of any country and society; achieving growth and prosperity requires people with high critical thinking. Teaching critical thinking leads to motivation to learn, problem-solving skills, decision-making, and creativity.

Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows added that creativity in the manufacturing process and production and criticism would lead to the evaluation and judging process. “A healthy and developed mind will have both production and good judgment.” A developed mind evaluates what it creates, so it can be said that the critical component is creativity because when involved in the production of quality thought, the mind must simultaneously produce, evaluate, judge, and conclude.
Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows emphasized that creative thinking and critical thinking are essential in solving problems, and solving more problems requires both types of thinking. Creativity is not just about coming up with different solutions to a problem; it is about coming up with better solutions, requiring critical judgment. Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows qualified ideal critical thinking for searching, good understanding, honest reasoning, open-mindedness, flexibility, fairness in evaluation, honesty in dealing with individual biases, prudent judgment, reconsideration, clarity in topics recognizes systematicity in complex subjects, effort in seeking relevant information, reasoning in choosing criteria, focusing on searching, and insisting on finding research results.
Motivation for high-level development, great curiosity, power of expression, self-sufficiency, critical thinking, high motivation, vast knowledge, passion and feeling, beauty, influencing others, great interest in order, perseverance and discipline in work, independence, and thinking intuition are characteristics of creative people.
Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows expressed that people’s critical thinking skills and creativity develop in harmony with each other. Creativity develops like any thinking skill, and mastering any knowledge requires both critical thinking and creativity. Therefore, creative thinking is essential for critical thinking. Creativity is the production of ideas and the evaluation of the analysis of those ideas for their appropriateness. Although divergent thinking leads to creativity, the need to monitor critical thinking will be essential.
Finally, Mehrzad Manuel Ferdows concluded that it would be critical to address critical thinking in response to rapid and permanent changes in business practices and the need to adapt to complex systems; In such a way that the success of organizations, seeks to develop decision-making skills, problem solving and self-efficacy in the shadow of critical thinking.
